In this playful and practical workshop, you'll learn how to bring Shakespearean language, characters, and themes to life in fully improvised scenes. From dramatic duels and star-crossed lovers to poetic soliloquies and witty wordplay, you'll explore the tools to create bold, hilarious, and heartfelt stories worthy of the Bard's attention.
About the Instructor
Chris Bouknight (she/her) is an improviser, coach, teacher and higher education professional who originally hails from South Carolina but has spent the past decade in NYC. She has spent the majority of that time as a Magnet Theater Megawatt and The Armory (at The Tank NYC) Friday night house team member.
