Participants learn to create hilarious slow-motion duels, emotional confrontations, and epic stage moments with no combat training or Shakespeare experience required. Perfect for improvisers and actors who want to play bigger, bolder, and more physically expressive onstage.
Elke Reid:
Hailing from New York City and with training from the Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB) and the People’s Improv Theater (PIT), Elke is an internationally performing improviser and character actress. She has performed and taught at festivals across the globe, known for dynamic characters and grounded, emotionally rich comedy. As a registered Drama/Improv educator with the New York State Education Department, she is committed to cultivating confidence, connection, and creative risk-taking in every classroom and ensemble.
